The Johnsonville Founders Day Celebration will be held May 7th, and 8th of 2010. It is a 2 day event that celebrates the founding of our city. The event in the past has included a street dance, fireworks, carnival rides, cake baking competitions, BBQ Chicken Cook Off, kid games, gospel singing, food, and lots of fun for the entire family.

C. Moore Chicken is the official mascot for the festival. If you would like more information of would like to participate, please contact Johnsonville City Hall at 843-386-2069.
